Currently mods just set it for reset. It is reviewed either by deadeloth or vilmore and then finalized. The admins have the final say, not mods. I don't know what this is about but it should not matter how long a player has been on this game, if they cheat they cheat. That is how it is in most all games. If a newer player joins and cheats they are treated same way. How would it be fair if a new player gets treated different then a player that has been playing longer?
